WHS, LLC WHS, LLC Taneytown, MD Taneytown, MD Full-time Full-time $19 - $23 an hour $19 - $23 an hour 19 hours ago 19 hours ago 19 hours ago Bookkeeping/Payroll Clerk Full-time Role and Responsibilities Responsible for payroll processing for select businesses and back up to another payroll clerk Input/verify payroll data including garnishments Review time keeping system data and maintain database Respond to client/employee questions regarding payroll and payroll tax information Run/prepare payroll reports, as needed Provide payroll data for audits, as requested Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports Responsible for data entry for general ledger preparation along with bank reconciliations for multiple small business clients General office duties may be required Diligent in duties to multitask and work with deadlines Qualifications Knowledge of payroll Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills Experience in Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks Additional Notes May thru December 32 hours a week Ability to work more hours January thru April Job Type:
