Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to the owner of a stair manufacturing company within a team environment.
- Must be organized.
- Must be professional in appearance & behavior as you will be representing the owner.
- Assistant with multiple projects simultaneously.
Be able to work independently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Create our quarterly newsletter.
Experience:
- Minimal 3 years experience in an office environment is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail is needed.
- This position works at a fast pace & is best for a self starter & fast learner.
