Responsibilities Lead corporate people operations programs - employee benefits, payroll, on boarding, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and requirements pertaining to the management of benefits and payroll.
Promotes a cooperative and harmonious environment that facilitates positive employee morale, productivity, and continued improvement.
Advise managers and employees on various forms of employee leaves such as FMLA, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and ADA.
Manages and processes salaried employee payroll, promotions, and profit-sharing bonuses.
Provides support to U.

Evapco facilities in support of local HR needs.
Routinely answers benefits questions from employees and managers.
Where applicable, educates employees on the Evapco Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or a related field preferred.
