Routinely answers payroll related questions from employees and managers.
Promotes a cooperative and harmonious environment that facilitates positive employee morale, productivity, and continued improvement.
In addition to processing payroll this person will have the opportunity to be involved in other general HR projects and organizational support.
Position Requirements/Personal Attributes Prior experience processing payroll strongly preferred.
Demonstrates genuine care for people, and the company's culture.
Must have an execution-oriented mentality and be able to identify the need for change and implement best practices.
The ability to build strong relationships with employees and is culturally adept, credible and authentic.
Strong PC, excel and mathematical skills.
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
