# Accountabilities
Sprays or hand brushes a variety of parts and units.
Makes proper selection of lacquers, enamels or other special finishes.
Mixes finishes as required, adjusts air flow and paint flow to assure proper finish.
Responsible for proper cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair of spray paint and hand paint equipment.
Maintains records/documents pertaining to paint/toluene usage, preventative maintenance, and manometer calibration as instructed.
Moves materials and parts to and from work areas via power lift trucks and fork trucks.
Uses overhead and jib cranes to move a large variety of equipment in a complex array of setups.
Knowledgeable of safety rules and regulations pertaining to paint/toluene usage.
Ability to work overtime as required.
# Position Requirements
1 to 3 years of related experience
Previous painting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Must have a strong attention to detail
Computer skills desired
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work 2nd shift evening hours
Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions
Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Ability to work overtime as required
Good mechanical ability and manual dexterity essential (able to stand for long periods of time)
Must have a strong work ethic and be able to follow proper safety procedures and guidelines
Ability to work in a team oriented and CIP environment
